KCT Consulting, LLC was established in 2007 after identifying a major gap in leadership skill development strategies.
Understanding the need for new approaches to executive coaching, senior executives enlisted our assistance to help integrate the strong business acumen of their teams with the philosophies of servant leadership. This strategy has been identified as the key to winning, serving and retaining customers and top talent associates.
